Experience5–10+ Years of relevant BIM/MEP experience
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute BIM modeling for HVAC / PHE / Electrical services.Develop accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit MEP.Review engineering/design drawings and convert design intent into BIM models.Manage model development from LOD 300 to LOD 400, as required.Perform multidisciplinary coordination with Architecture, Structure and other MEP services.Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage.
