Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the sales team, and ensure smooth functioning of the branch. The selected candidate will undergo 10–15 days of training in Chandigarh to understand company policies, operations, and management processes.
During the training period, the company will provide a training allowance of ₹500 per day, which will be paid in total on the last day of training. After successful completion of training, the candidate will be placed at our Gurgaon branch (Sector 57, Sushant Lok). The candidate must sign a 2-year service agreement with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily branch operations
- Lead and motivate the sales and operations team
- Achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals
- Handle client consultations and customer relationships
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and branch performance reports
- Ensure smooth coordination with management and other departments
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales / branch management / team handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
- Willing to attend 10–15 days training in Chandigarh
- Ready to work at Gurgaon (Sector 57, Sushant Lok) after training
- Willing to sign a 2-year agreement
