Job Title: Admin Executive
Job Summary
Jewel Autism and Child Development Centre is looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle admissions and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
* Coordinate and manage discharge procedures accurately and efficiently.
* Attend to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins, and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Plan, allocate, and manage therapy schedules and slots in coordination with departments.
* Maintain accurate documentation, records, and administrative files.
* Respond to and resolve parent queries professionally and courteously.
* Coordinate effectively with therapists and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and visitors.
* Prepare reports, maintain databases, and update administrative records.
* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling client information.
* Support day-to-day administrative operations as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Professional attitude with a pleasant personality.
* Ability to interact confidently with parents, children, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
* Good documentation and record management skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory. Additional language proficiency is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
