Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop expansion strategy for Dubai & India
✔ Build partnerships with channel partners & brokers
✔ Manage HNI / NRI clients & key accounts
✔ Lead sales growth across off-plan & secondary
✔ Identify new markets & opportunities
✔ Attend events, expos & drive brand presence
Requirements:
- 5–7 years real estate BD experience
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate
- Indian market/NRI experience preferred
- Excellent communication & leadership
- RERA certificate is an advantage
