Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Dehradun branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving admissions, managing the team, ensuring an exceptional student experience, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the Dehradun branch.
- Lead and motivate the admissions, academic, and support teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive student admissions and revenue growth through effective planning and execution.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and admission performance.
- Ensure excellent counseling and customer service for prospective students and parents.
- Supervise faculty and administrative staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain branch profitability and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and submit them to management.
- Resolve student and staff concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Build relationships with local schools, colleges, salons, and business partners to generate admissions.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or branch operations.
- Ability to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8years of experience as a Branch Manager, Center Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience in the education, training, beauty, wellness, or service industry will be preferred.
