We are looking a dynamic candidate to join our HR team.He will responsible for various human resources functions, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and ensuring statutory compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills to bridge strategy and operational execution. Immediate joiner will be prefer.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS & Data Management: Maintain and audit employee records/databases, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle: Oversee seamless onboarding, employee record maintenance, and contract renewals/extensions.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits of HR documentation.
- HR Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and improve HR workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Employee Relations & Support: Resolve grievances, answer payroll/benefit queries, and assist in performance review coordination.
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Employee Engagement: Support and implement employee engagement initiatives, events, and cultural activities
