Role: Team Lead / Senior Engineer
Experience: 4+ Years
Salary: As per market standard
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite | Full Time)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Team & Leadership
Must have led a team of 4 or more people.
The team should include mixed roles — developers, QA, BA, etc.
Should have clear proof — project names, team size, duration.
Experience on AI or backend projects preferred.
Client Communication
Has handled clients independently across multiple projects.
Can give updates, manage expectations, and handle escalations.
Speaks and writes in English clearly and professionally.
Technical Knowledge
Python — basic to working level.
SQL and databases — working knowledge.
Aware of AI tools and trends (LLMs, automation, etc.).
Keeps up with what’s new in technology.
Attitude & Approach
Willing to work on any technology and not restricted to one stack.
Figures out solutions independently without waiting for answers.
Comfortable with unclear or changing requirements.
Takes ownership and works without micromanagement.
Not the right fit if
Only interested in coding without leadership or management responsibilities.
Needs detailed instructions for every task.
Avoids client interaction.
Can only work in one specific technology.
