Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and energetic Process Associate to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling US customers, possess excellent English communication skills, and demonstrate strong customer service and sales abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Promote company products and services while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns with a customer-first approach.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
- Learn and effectively utilize company tools, applications, and business processes.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a US International Voice Process.
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience handling international customers is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong sales aptitude, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge with experience using CRM applications and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Willingness to work in permanent US Night Shifts.
- Candidates should be below 30 years of age.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Candidates with relevant international voice process experience are encouraged to apply.
