Tamil Translator (Work From Home)

Krishna Translations is looking for a Tamil Translator to join our remote team.
The primary role is translating and proofreading documents between Tamil and English. Depending on your skills and workload, you may also assist with simple back-office or digital marketing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Translate documents between Tamil and English.
- Proofread and edit translations.
- Ensure translations are accurate and delivered on time.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as emails, spreadsheets, and project tracking.
- Help with social media or digital marketing (optional).
Requirements
- Excellent written Tamil and English.
- Good grammar and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
- Ability to work independently from home.
Preferred
- Previous translation experience.
- Experience with CAT tools such as MemoQ or Trados.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
