Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller who is fluent in Punjabi to connect with potential customers, generate sales, and promote healthcare and wellness services over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Promote healthcare services, wellness programs, and treatment packages.
- Explain product/service benefits and convert leads into sales.
- Build rapport with customers and address their queries effectively.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Punjabi is Mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; English is an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, BPO Sales, Inside Sales, or Healthcare Sales.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or service sales is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)
