Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily business operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling documentation, managing data entry, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth back-office processes.
This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Manage and organize documents, files, and reports.
- Prepare MIS reports and business-related documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain databases and update information regularly.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
- Verify and process forms, invoices, and other business documents.
- Support operational activities and assist management when required.
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Generate reports using Excel and other office tools.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and internet usage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in back office, administration, or operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
