We are looking for a passionate and confident HR Recruiter to join our growing team at Recruiter Bee. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and coordinating with candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
Screening and shortlisting profiles
Conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating interview schedules with candidates
Following up with candidates till joining
Maintaining recruitment data and reports
Building good relationships with clients and candidates
