Job Title: Site Engineer / CAD Draftsman
Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer / CAD Draftsman with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for taking accurate site measurements, preparing detailed AutoCAD drawings, coordinating with the project team, and traveling to project sites across south Kerala as required.
Responsibilities:
* Visit project sites to take accurate measurements and conduct site surveys.
* Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and the internal team.
* Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation drawings.
* Verify dimensions and ensure drawing accuracy before execution.
* Assist the project team with technical documentation and BOQs when required.
* Travel to project sites across Kerala for measurements, inspections, and coordination.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
* Knowledge of MS Office.
* Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
* Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in commercial interior fit-outs, glass, aluminium, or architectural hardware projects.
* Basic understanding of construction and installation processes.
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Salary: As per experience and industry standard

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
