Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with proven experience in designing, planning, and executing architectural projects. The ideal candidate will combine design vision with technical expertise, ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review construction documents, BOQs, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants for seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Integrate sustainable and innovative practices into design solutions.
- Stay updated with industry codes, regulations, and emerging trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
