Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Development Administration Trainer to coach students preparing for TNPSC Group I, Group II, Group IIA, Group IV, and other Tamil Nadu Government competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Development Administration in Tamil Nadu, Government Welfare Schemes, Public Administration, Rural Development, Social Development Programs, and Governance, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Development Administration in Tamil Nadu.
- Teach topics related to Human Development Indicators, Social Justice, Rural Development, Urban Development, Welfare Schemes, Sustainable Development, Public Policy, and Administrative Reforms.
- Provide in-depth coverage of TNPSC syllabus topics related to Development Administration.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular assessments and performance evaluations.
- Guide students in answer writing techniques and examination strategies.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and personalized mentoring.
- Stay updated with Tamil Nadu Government initiatives, welfare programs, and TNPSC examination trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, History, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Development Administration and Tamil Nadu Government Policies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil.
- Prior experience in TNPSC coaching or competitive examination training preferred.
- Ability to explain administrative and developmental concepts effectively.
- Strong mentoring and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training students for TNPSC Group I, Group II, Group IIA, and Group IV examinations.
- Previous experience as a TNPSC Faculty or Competitive Exam Trainer.
- Ability to create examination-oriented study materials and question banks.
- Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu's socio-economic development and governance structure.
