We are looking for a confident and communication-oriented Telecaller / Calling Executive to join our digital marketing agency, Poster Buddies, on a Freelancer / Work From Home basis.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain our digital marketing, graphic design and web development services.
- Understand client requirements and generate genuine leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team to convert qualified leads into clients.
Requirements:
- Good Hindi communication; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Smartphone and stable internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and calling.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
