Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and salary negotiations.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with placement consultants and educational institutions.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality hiring standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate or MBA in Human Resources.
3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work within deadlines.
Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
