Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Present Rabit HR Solutions' recruitment and staffing services.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new client partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring support.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms.
- A strong professional network is an added advantage.
Compensation
- 100% Performance-Based Commission
- No fixed salary.
