We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Residential Leasing Manager to handle rental/leasing operations for residential properties. The role involves managing client inquiries, understanding rental requirements, conducting property visits, negotiating rental terms, and closing leasing deals while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle rental/leasing inquiries for residential properties
- Understand client requirements including budget, preferred location, property type, and occupancy timeline
- Recommend suitable rental properties to clients
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits
- Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain regular communication
- Negotiate rental terms between owners and tenants
- Manage complete leasing process from inquiry to closure
- Maintain client database and update lead status regularly
- Coordinate with property owners regarding availability and pricing
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and business goals
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate leasing/rental sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Good understanding of Hyderabad residential rental market is an advantage
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management tools is preferred
