Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Dialer Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing dialer operations. The candidate should have strong expertise in Ameyo Dialer and Drishti, with the ability to monitor campaigns, optimize dialer performance, generate reports, and support contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate dialer platforms such as Ameyo and Drishti.
- Create, configure, and monitor inbound, outbound, and blended campaigns.
- Upload and manage calling data, lead lists, and agent allocation.
- Monitor dialer performance and ensure maximum productivity and connectivity.
- Analyze call traffic, abandonment rates, agent utilization, and campaign efficiency.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with operations, IT, and business teams to resolve dialer-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges in real time.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system availability.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dialer Executive or Dialer Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Ameyo Dialer and Drishti platforms.
- Strong understanding of dialer configurations, campaign management, and call center operations.
- Experience in MIS reporting and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience working in BPO, Healthcare, EdTech, Tele-sales, or Customer Support environments.
- Knowledge of CRM integration and data management processes.
