We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Training Manager to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients visiting our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting company products effectively, explaining features and benefits, addressing client queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional demonstrations and training support.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients and visitors at the office.
- Explain product features, functionalities, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
- Provide product training sessions to clients, dealers, and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for updated product knowledge.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and demonstration setups.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of training sessions, client visits, and feedback.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product training, demonstrations, or client handling.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
- Confident, professional, and well-organized personality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product-based companies or customer training roles.
- Knowledge of sales support and customer relationship management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
