Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from guests or prospective clients.
- Provide customer service as first point of contact.
- Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
- Conduct market research and report on the results.
Requirements:
- Strong phone٫ email and instant chat messaging communication skills
- Able to handle various projects and tasks and ensure nothing slips between the cracks.

- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
- Both verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Eligibility :
Any graduate with Excellent in English .
Shift : Willing to work on Night Shifts & Rotational Shifts.
