Job Responsibilities
- To generate room sales, banquet business and corporate tie-ups for the hotel.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities from Corporate Companies, Travel Agents, Event Planners and Government sectors.
- To maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- To achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- To conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and hotel presentations.
- To handle room bookings, banquet inquiries, conferences and group business conversions.
- To prepare corporate rate contracts and negotiate business deals professionally.
- To coordinate with Front Office, F&B and Operations teams for smooth execution of guest requirements and events.
- To plan and execute sales strategies for increasing hotel occupancy and revenue.
- To monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
- To generate leads through field visits, networking, online portals and references.
- To maintain proper sales records, MIS reports and business follow-up data.
- To ensure excellent guest satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- To participate in promotional activities, exhibitions and marketing campaigns of the hotel.
- To handle guest complaints and provide timely resolutions related to sales commitments.
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
- To work on room night generation, banquet revenue and overall business growth of the hotel.
- To perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
