Salary: 18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance
Job Description
We are looking for Sales Executives to join our Real Estate business in Amritsar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Explain real estate projects, investment opportunities, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth completion of the sales process.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of sales experience required.
- Experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of customer handling and sales techniques.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
