CSR Fundraiser / Corporate Partnerships ManagerRole Summary
The CSR Fundraiser is responsible for securing funding from corporate CSR departments, foundations, and institutional donors. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, developing proposals, and ensuring successful grant acquisition and donor engagement. Organizations increasingly expect this role to combine relationship management with proposal writing and impact reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify CSR funding opportunities aligned with the organization's programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR Heads, Sustainability Heads, HR leaders, and corporate foundations.
- Research companies under Schedule VII CSR priorities.
- Prepare concept notes, proposals, budgets, and presentations.
- Coordinate with program teams to gather impact data and success stories.
- Lead CSR meetings and presentations.
- Negotiate partnerships and funding agreements.
- Ensure timely donor reporting and compliance.
- Maintain a CRM/database of prospects and donors.
- Represent the organization at CSR forums, conferences, and networking events.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or related field).
- 3–7 years of experience in CSR fundraising, institutional fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development.
- Experience working with NGOs or CSR projects is preferred.

Salary (India)
- 2–4 years: ₹5–8 LPA
- 4–7 years: ₹8–15 LPA
- Senior Manager: ₹15–25+ LPA (depending on organization and portfolio)
