Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information in CRM or company databases.
- Coordinate with other departments when needed to resolve customer issues.
