We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, and financial record maintenance. Freshers and candidates with basic accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journal entries, ledgers, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance with GST regulations.
- Perform GST reconciliations for sales, purchases, and Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Prepare and file Income Tax and TDS returns within statutory deadlines.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and fund movements.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting financial documents for business transactions.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with filing schedules and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS statements for management review and decision-making.
Additional Candidate Preferences
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Commerce background preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in accounting or taxation will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Tally, Excel, and MS Office applications is an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to accounting and compliance processes.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet filing deadlines.
