We’re Hiring | HR Manager
MSV SONS INFOSOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and hands-on HR Manager to join our team in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
The role will focus on Core HR, Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Reporting, while working closely with management and different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview rounds.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate appraisal, training, and development activities.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and processes.
- Prepare HR MIS related to recruitment, headcount, attendance, attrition, performance, and training.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for workforce requirements.
- Manage employee exit, clearance, handover, and related documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Hands-on experience in Core HR and Recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
- Good interviewing, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, HRMS/ATS, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Technical recruitment exposure will be an added advantage.
