You have a degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study.
Comprehensive SAP consulting experience in conception and implementation of business processes in the SAP Customer Service environment, with a focus on SAP CS.
Experience in S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Field Service Mgmt. appreciated
You have in-depth SAP knowledge in the area of service-to-cash-processes, cross-module integration knowledge in the area of logistics (SD), as well as the underlying master data.
You also have practical experience in the conception and implementation of business processes in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
You have worked several years outside of India for international companies.
You also have experience in introducing new processes or systems.
You are a team player with a cross-functional and process-oriented mindset, as well as strong analytical skills combined with assertiveness.
You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation, coupled with diplomatic, skills.
A confident demeanor, an independent way of working and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile. Knowledge in German would be a benefit.
