Deloitte is seeking an Endpoint and Data Security professional to support the day-to-day administration, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise security platforms across the firm’s technology estate. This role focuses on incident and service request management, platform administration, compliance reporting, troubleshooting, and operational stability across endpoint and data security services. The role also works closely with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues, implement improvements, and support secure service delivery.

Managing incidents, service requests, tasks, and problem records within defined service-level agreements while troubleshooting endpoint and data security issues and performing root cause analysis

Administering cloud Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker, endpoint security, data security, and secure enterprise file transfer platforms, including policy configuration, exception management, and issue resolution

Supporting enterprise file transfer operations, including account administration, credential resets, permissions, access reviews, key exchange, route onboarding, migration testing, and failed transfer remediation

Managing security controls and operational compliance activities, including Secure Sockets Layer and code-signing certificates, encryption keys, endpoint security reviews, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity assurance support

Creating dashboards, platform health reports, key performance indicator reporting, audit evidence, knowledge articles, runbooks, standard operating procedures, and accurate configuration management database records

Coordinating with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders to implement technical changes, support continual service improvements, and participate in the on-call rota
The team
The Endpoint and Data Security (EPDS) team as part of Internal Client Services (ICS) provides day-to-day administration and management of infrastructure security-related applications, ensuring the security controls are in place as per defined policies within the firm’s technology estate and are providing satisfactory protection. The team is responsible for maintaining the web proxy, endpoint, and data security infrastructure of the member firm. The team in USI, Hyderabad, functions as an Extended Delivery Centre (EDC) for the serving Member Firm (MF).

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM/1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (during the UK daylight saving time)
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field

4-6 years of experience in endpoint security, data security, or infrastructure security

Experience administering at least one enterprise security platform, including web proxy, cloud Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker, endpoint security, or data security tools

Experience troubleshooting policy blocks using logs, HAR files, browser developer tools, or packet capture tools
-
Experience administering enterprise file transfer platforms and protocols, including SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, or SSH/Pretty Good Privacy
-
Experience producing compliance reports, platform health reports, dashboard reporting, or audit evidence from security platforms
-
Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library service management practices and change management processes
Preferred:

Experience supporting advanced threat protection or endpoint detection and response compliance across workstations and servers

Experience managing encryption keys, including generation, rotation, destruction, import, or export
-
Experience supporting cybersecurity assurance, audits, penetration testing, or vulnerability remediation

Experience with ServiceNow or another Information Technology service management platform

CompTIA Security+ certification
