We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality standards, and manage manpower efficiently in the food production unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Monitor production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Maintain quality and hygiene standards as per company and food safety norms.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain production reports, shift records, wastage reports, and downtime records.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures.
- Train and guide production workers for operational efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns immediately.
- Reduce production losses and improve productivity.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the production area.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Production, Mechanical, or related field.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Experience in handling production shifts and manpower management preferred.
Preferred Industry
- Ready-to-Eat / Ready-to-Cook Food Industry
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
