About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and supervise manpower operations at assigned sites, particularly in hospital housekeeping and patient-care services. The candidate will be responsible for team supervision, manpower deployment, service quality, client coordination, discipline, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping and patient-care manpower at assigned sites.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and arrange backup manpower whenever required.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity of team members.
- Ensure compliance with site-specific SOPs, hygiene standards, and service requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor operational activities.
- Coordinate with clients and address day-to-day operational concerns professionally.
- Train and guide housekeeping and security personnel as required.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability as per operational requirements.
- Monitor the quality of housekeeping and patient-care services.
- Coordinate with the Operations/Project Management team regarding site requirements and issues.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports and updates.
- Handle team-related issues and resolve operational problems effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable operational standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospital housekeeping / facility management is preferred.
- Experience in manpower supervision and team handling.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good client-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple operational requirements.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Marathi/local Maharashtra language, Hindi, and English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within the assigned area.
- Personal two-wheeler is required for site visits.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with practical experience in hospital housekeeping, facility management, manpower management, or similar service operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
