About the role:
We are looking for a highly organized and communication-driven Lab Operations Coordinator to join our healthcare operations team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of coordination between patients, doctors, laboratories and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the treatment journey. You will be responsible for internal coordination that includes lab reports, documentation, and follow-ups. Your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Coordinating between patients and doctors for laboratory tests
- Scheduling and managing patients appointments while ensuring timely communication with lab vendors
- Assisting patients throughout the lab testing process
- Collecting, verifying, and maintaining patient lab records, prescriptions, and related documentation
- Following up with patients regarding appointments with laboratories
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of treatment requests and patient cases
An ideal candidate will have:

- Knowledge of laboratory tests and reading the reports.

Qualifications:
- Graduate (mandatory), DMLT preferred, Diploma in Laboratory Technology or related healthcare field
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
