Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain product features, designs, purity, hallmarking, certifications, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain the showroom display and ensure products are presented attractively.
- Support stock verification, inventory management, and daily stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the billing and accounts team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Promote festive offers, exchange schemes, loyalty programs, and new collections.
- Ensure compliance with showroom policies, security procedures, and company standards.
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, designs, and market developments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Gold, Diamond, Silver, or Bridal Jewellery sales.
- Knowledge of jewellery quality standards, hallmarking, and certifications.
- Experience in retail sales, customer relationship management, and upselling.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
