About the Role
Euroceil Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive business development in Chennai by building strong relationships with architects, clients, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, pitching, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation to develop new business opportunities.
- Visit clients and architects to understand project requirements and generate business.
- Arrange and deliver product/project presentations to architects and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects and key decision-makers.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and convert opportunities into sales.
- Handle concept selling by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
- Track projects from initial enquiry through negotiation and closure.
- Achieve sales objectives by developing the assigned territory.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in a project-based industry.
- Experience in architect/consultant/client handling will be preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good at sales pitching and negotiation.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good intelligence, confidence, and a presentable personality.
- Willingness to travel locally for client and architect meetings.
- Graduate in any discipline.
