Position: Project Planning & Execution Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: As per Project Requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical project activities from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Manage site activities, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget utilization.
- Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation, project records, and handover procedures are maintained.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in project planning and execution.
- Experience in handling multidisciplinary projects involving Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical works.
