We are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee software development and mobile app projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and mobile application services, with strong project management skills to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and resources. Manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.
- Client Communication: Update clients and stakeholders on progress, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with expectations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports.
- Quality Control: Ensure software and mobile applications meet requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT project management, with expertise in software development and mobile applications.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Preferred: Experience with mobile app frameworks (iOS/Android), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD practices.
