Job Description: Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Manage end-to-end HR operational activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee life-cycle management, and HR administration.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, standardised, and aligned with best practices.
- Oversee HR Helpdesk / shared services to deliver timely employee support.
2. HR Compliance & Governance (UK-specific)
- Ensure HR practices comply with UK employment laws (e.g., Employment Rights Act, Equality Act, GDPR, Working Time Regulations).
- Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and internal guidelines.
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with data security and retention requirements.
3. HR Systems & Reporting
- Manage and optimise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR).
- Ensure accurate data management and integrity across all HR systems.
- Produce regular HR analytics and dashboards (headcount, attrition, absence, workforce trends).
4. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Manage benefits administration (pensions, health insurance, leave policies, flexible benefits).
- Support annual compensation cycles and statutory reporting.
5. Process Improvement & Projects
- Lead HR transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement automation and digitalisation within HR workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR services using Lean methodologies where applicable.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop an HR operations team.
Allocate resources, manage workloads, and promote a high-performance culture.

Required Skills & Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 9–12+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations leadership.
- Experience working with UK organisations and strong understanding of local HR compliance.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Power BI preferred).
- Experience with HR analytics and HR process automation.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present HR data.
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality service delivery.
