1 ) Urgent Hiring for Marketing Engineer - 2 Nos
Education:
- Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engg.
Experience:
- 2 + years of experience in marketing of Industrial Products
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring customer retention and business growth.
- Coordinate sampling, send trial reports, and follow up with customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain a strong dealer/distributor network for company growth in the assigned region.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of marketing policies and strategies.
- Maintain administration, reporting, and planning systems in line with company requirements.
- Generate enquiries for company products and approach potential suppliers where applicable.
- Manage internal communications to ensure alignment with corporate direction, mission, and goals.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to explore and expand business opportunities.
- Liaise with customers to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer engagement activities including company and product introduction, lead conversion, and order processing.
- Effectively manage leads and opportunities in CRM software.
- Execute all other duties as assigned by management.
