We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with an engineering background to support the sales team and ensure smooth execution of sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer inquiries, preparing quotations, managing order processing, and providing technical and administrative support to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, techno-commercial offers, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the sales team regarding inquiries and orders.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and project documentation.
- Assist in product selection and provide basic technical support to customers.
- Track order status, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS data.
- Handle customer communication and ensure prompt resolution of queries.
- Support business development activities and customer relationship management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, technical support, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of preparing quotations, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
