Job Description – Sr Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Food & Beverage Division)
Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Food & Beverage segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and business opportunities in the F&B market.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Handle B2B sales other food businesses like rice,maize,grains...etc
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales plans, reports, and regular updates on business performance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Travel for customer meetings, market visits, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years Experience in Food & Beverage / FMCG sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of market development and customer handling.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
