Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ERP implementation and support activities across departments
- Work with vendors and internal teams for ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution
- Manage CRM workflows, including leads, bookings, collections, and customer data
- Ensure smooth functioning and data accuracy in Farvision ERP/Salesforce CRM
- Generate MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and collections
- Conduct user training and provide day-to-day ERP/CRM support
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
