Position: Admission Counselor
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–5 Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for admission-related inquiries.
- Handle student interactions through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person counseling.
- Guide applicants through the complete admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving admission and counseling targets while delivering an excellent student experience.
We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, student-centric, and result-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (a management/marketing background is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
