Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecaller to coordinate with candidates enrolled under BOCW training programs. The candidate will be responsible for making daily calls to trainees, tracking attendance, resolving queries, and ensuring regular participation in training programs. The role requires strong communication skills and regular follow-up with candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to BOCW training candidates.
- Inform candidates about training schedules, timings, and venue details.
- Ensure candidates attend training regularly and follow up on absentees.
- Maintain daily call reports and update candidate status in Excel/CRM.
- Resolve basic candidate queries related to training, attendance, assessments, and certificates.
- Coordinate with trainers and field teams regarding candidate attendance and issues.
- Collect feedback from candidates and report concerns to management.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets assigned by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling or customer support experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Entry).
- Ability to speak politely and handle multiple calls efficiently.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
