Job Summary
The Head – Applied Learning will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of practical, skill-based learning programs. The role focuses on bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application by developing industry-relevant learning experiences, fostering partnerships, and ensuring high-quality learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's applied learning strategy.
- Design experiential, project-based, and industry-integrated learning programs.
- Collaborate with academic teams, industry partners, and stakeholders to align learning outcomes with workforce requirements.
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
- Lead and mentor the applied learning team.
- Establish partnerships with industries, organizations, and training providers.
- Track learner performance, employability outcomes, and program impact.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Education, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in learning & development, education management, training, or applied learning programs.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and program development skills.
- Experience in industry-academia collaboration is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
