We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee administration, statutory compliance, and grievance handling. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day HR activities while supporting the company's growth and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in recruitment, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintaining and updating employee records and documentation
- Coordinating with other departments regarding HR policies
- Supporting payroll and attendance tracking
- Organizing employee engagement activities
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Administration:
- Maintain attendance and leave management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office & MS Excel
- Knowledge of HR software and tools
- 3+ year of HR experience preferred
