Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on LMS/LXP strategy, roadmap, and adoption.

Lead LMS selection and evaluation processes with clients, aligning technology recommendations to business needs.

Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of trends in learning technologies (LMS, LXP, AI-enabled learning, adaptive learning, analytics, etc.) and sharing insights with clients and internal teams.

Contribute to business development efforts including RFP responses, solutioning, and client presentations.

Partner with practice leadership to define go-to-market strategies and enhance service offerings.

Represent the organization in industry forums, webinars, and client events to enhance brand visibility.

Drive capability building within the team on emerging learning technologies and interoperability standards.

Lead design, build, and configuration of enterprise LMS solutions (e.g., Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors, Docebo, etc.).

Provide guidance on interoperability standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI, cmi5) ensuring compliance and scalability.

Govern LMS implementations and upgrades, ensuring delivery quality, performance, and user adoption.

Support and guide project teams on SaaS configuration areas (notifications, translations, user management, analytics, reporting, roles & permissions, org structure setup).

Develop accelerators, frameworks, and assets for scalable and repeatable delivery.

Lead and mentor project teams across multiple engagements.
