Job Responsibilities
· Business Growth & Market Execution
· Own and deliver secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
· Drive expansion of numeric and weighted distribution, ensuring deeper market penetration.
· Ensure execution of key sales KPIs like UBO, LSPC, Drop-size, TC, PC etc.
· Ensure product availability, visibility and range selling at retail outlets.
· Educate and execute trade schemes, promotions of existing products in assigned territory.
· New Product Launches & Brand Activation
· Planning and appropriate placement of NPDs in line with company launch guidelines.
· Educate and create awareness about NPD Launches in the market.
· Ensure timely availability, effective distribution, visibility, and off-take of new launches.
· Track post-launch performance and provide structured market feedback to ASMs/RSMs.
· Distributor & Channel Management
· Manage distributor and wholesaler/retailer relationships to ensure effective coverage, stock rotation, and order execution.
· Handling distributor/retailer/wholesaler’s queries and complains.
· Lead and manage distributor salesmen (IWS) and third party sales employees such as IWS and PSR.
· Review secondary offtake, inventory levels, and market productivity on a regular basis.
· Manage damages and expiries through proactive stock rotation and timely corrective actions.
· Ensure accurate and timely submission of distributor claims, in line with company policies and timelines.
· Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Track competitor activity, pricing, schemes, and visibility initiatives.
· Provide structured market feedback and insights to the reporting manager.
· Ensure timely and accurate reporting through company salesforce automation apps.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
