Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Operation Manager to oversee transportation operations and ensure smooth daily fleet movement. The ideal candidate should have strong client handling skills, transportation planning experience, and the ability to manage drivers while ensuring timely vehicle placement and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily transportation and fleet operations efficiently.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor trip execution, vehicle availability, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and operational escalations professionally.
- Maintain operational records and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in a Transportation/Logistics company.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations and transportation management.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to manage drivers and handle operational challenges.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and transportation-related software is preferred.
- Age: 30–35 years.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
