- Coordinate and schedule home nursing visits based on patients' needs.
- Assess patient care requirements and prepare individualized care plans.
- Assign appropriate nurses and caregivers to patients.
- Monitor the quality of home healthcare services and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate with doctors, patients, and family members regarding care updates.
- Ensure nurses follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices.
- Manage medical supplies, equipment, and staffing requirements for home care services.
- Train, supervise, and support home healthcare staff to improve performance.
- Handle patient concerns, coordinate emergency responses, and ensure continuity of care.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
